Whole Cranberry Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 C AP Flour
  • 1 C Sugar (I like turbinado)
  • BIG Pinch Salt
  • 1 1/2 t Baking Powder
  • 1/2 t Baking Soda
  • 1/4 C Butter Big fan of Kerrygold
  • 1 Egg Whipped (use a fork)
  • 2 t Grated Orange Peel
  • 3/4 C OJ
  • 3 C Mix of chopped and whole cranberries

Instructions

  • First five ingredients into a mixing bowl, and stirred together. 
  • Cut in your butter until crumbly. 
  • Add the next three ingredients and stir till juuuuuuust combined. 
  • Fold in your cranberry's. 
  • Grease a loaf pan, and fill with your dough. 
  • Bake for an hour and a half at 350ยบ, which really means until a toothpick (or table knife, if you're anything like me) comes out clean. 
  • Once your breads cooled slightly, slice it and slather it with butter.
