Big fan of Kerrygold

(use a fork)

Grated Orange Peel

Mix of chopped and whole cranberries
Instructions
First five ingredients into a mixing bowl, and stirred together.
Cut in your butter until crumbly.
Add the next three ingredients and stir till juuuuuuust combined.
Fold in your cranberry's.
Grease a loaf pan, and fill with your dough.
Bake for an hour and a half at 350ยบ, which really means until a toothpick (or table knife, if you're anything like me) comes out clean.
Once your breads cooled slightly, slice it and slather it with butter.
